Our origins
WeScope was founded in 2018 by Frankie Soriano, a former restoration contractor who experienced the struggles of balancing estimating capacity with business growth.
Running a restoration company in South Florida, Frankie saw how fluctuating workloads often led to inefficiencies - too many estimators during slow periods and too few during busy times.
Determined to solve this widespread industry challenge, he launched WeScope to provide contractors with a reliable and scalable estimating solution.
Starting as "Xactpal," focused solely on Xactimate estimating, the company quickly evolved. Listening to contractor feedback, Frankie refined the service model, rebranded to WeScope, and expanded the mission to empower restoration professionals nationwide.
Today, WeScope is proud to deliver fast, accurate, and carrier-compliant estimates while enabling contractors to focus on what they do best, restoring lives and properties.
The goal was simple: to give contractors a reliable, scalable way to handle their estimating needs without the headaches of staffing challenges.
As the company grew, Frankie listened closely to contractors, refining the service model and rebranding the company to WeScope. This new identity reflected a broader mission: to not only provide estimates but to empower contractors with the tools, expertise, and support they need to thrive.
